- Name
- Marcin Kania
- Address
- ul. Mikołaja Reja 18/34, 43-300 Bielsko-Biała, Poland

III Technical Requirements
-
The Application requires:
- a device running Android 8.0+ or iOS 14.0+,
- an active Internet connection (except when using offline maps),
- enabled GPS location services,
- granting required system permissions.
- The Application works offline only after the User has downloaded offline maps and necessary local data.
IV Account Registration
- Creating an Account is required to use the Application fully.
-
Users may register by:
- providing personal data (first name, last name, e-mail address, phone number, password)
- Passwords are stored in encrypted form and are not accessible to the Administrator.
V Application Features
DriveMap allows Users to:
- Record GPS routes in real time.
- Add stops/waypoints to routes.
- Save routes to the User’s Account (Supabase cloud).
- Create, edit, and delete folders.
- Move routes between folders.
- Share routes via generated public links.
- Download and use offline maps without an Internet connection.
- Access and manage route history.
- Use premium features available through a Subscription or a Company Plan.
VI Subscriptions and Payments
- The free version of the Application allows saving one route.
- Full functionality requires an active Subscription or valid Company Plan access.
- Individual Subscriptions purchased directly within the Application are processed exclusively through RevenueCat. Company Plans are processed through Paddle, as described in Section VIII.
- RevenueCat processes payment information in the form of secure tokens; the Administrator does not receive full card numbers, CVV codes, or expiration dates.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on a monthly basis.
-
Users may cancel their Subscription through:
- the in-app account panel (if available), or
- by contacting the Administrator.
- Payments already made for a Subscription period are non-refundable unless required by law.
VII Company Plans
- DriveMap offers Company Plans — subscriptions purchased by a business (Company Administrator) rather than an individual User.
- Company Plans are purchased exclusively on the drivemap.eu website, not within the Application, and are billed to the purchasing company via Paddle, acting as Merchant of Record.
- Upon purchase, the Company Administrator receives one or more unique activation codes corresponding to the number of employee seats included in the plan.
- A User redeems a code within the Application to activate premium access. This access is granted at no direct cost to the User and remains active only while the associated company’s subscription remains active.
- The Company Administrator may revoke an individual User’s access at any time without affecting other Users on the same plan.
- If the company’s subscription is canceled, expires, or is not renewed, all access granted under that plan ends automatically for every associated User.
- DriveMap is not a party to, and assumes no responsibility for, the internal allocation of seats or codes between the Company Administrator and its Users.
- Payments already made for a Company Plan period are non-refundable unless required by law or agreed separately with the Administrator.
VIII Rules of Use
- Users agree to use the Application in accordance with applicable law and these Terms.
-
Users are prohibited from:
- attempting to breach the Application’s security,
- sharing login credentials with third parties,
- using the Application in a manner inconsistent with its intended purpose,
- operating the Application while driving in a manner that poses a safety risk.
- Users are responsible for all data they enter into the Application (routes, stops, folders).

The Administrator is not liable for:
- inaccurate GPS data,
- outdated or incomplete offline map data,
- errors or outages of RevenueCat, Paddle, Google, or Supabase,
- loss of data caused by the User or the User’s device,
- consequences of using the Application in violation of traffic laws.
- The Application is not a certified measurement tool and should not be used for professional measurement purposes.
X Account Deletion
- Users may delete their Account at any time.
- Deleting an Account permanently removes all routes, folders, stops, and offline maps associated with it.
- The Administrator may delete an Account in cases of severe violations of these Terms.
XI Complaints
- Complaints may be submitted via e-mail to: support@drivemap.eu
- The Administrator will respond within 14 business days.

- Users will be notified of changes at least 7 days before they take effect.
- Continued use of the Application constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
- In the event of discrepancies between language versions, the English version prevails.

- business decisions.
- Users will be informed in advance if the Administrator decides to discontinue the Application, where reasonably possible.

- These Terms of Service enter into force on: 20 December 2025. Last amended: 13 September 2026.
Alternatives are expensive
- Generic Map Apps
Overcomplicated and bloated with features you don’t need just to save routes. Accounts, subscriptions, and setup slow everything down.
- Manual Tracking
Messy and time-consuming. Notes, screenshots, and GPX files quickly pile up and become hard to organize or revisit.
- Drive Map
Clean and effortless route saving. Everything stays organized in one place, with instant access whenever you need it.
"We used to spend a lot of time and money hiring UI designers. Their turnaround was slow, and every time I wanted to implement a design change I had to pay more. With App Alchemy we're able to create beautiful interfaces so much faster and have full control over our design assets."
